And The WINNER Is...

"SkyDiamonds"

Special Limited Edition production "SkyDiamonds" PRICE: $200.00 (kite only)

This is the winner of the competition to find a new standard production kite for Inter Active Kites, which will be added to the Skydancer range of kites and will be available in addition to the existing range of kites.

The winner is "Dazz" from Lancashire, UK
who will be receiving his new kite shortly.

The competition produced many excellent designs, which for a number of technical reasons had to be eliminated from the contest.

There was one design submitted however which in the opinion of the judges was so outstanding and original that while it fell outside the remit of the competition deserved to be given a special prize, and permission was sought from the designer to be allowed to be produce the design into the special range of Inter Active Kites, so that it could be enjoyed by all.

We are happy to say that permission for us to make it was given and it will shortly be in our special edition production list, along side such great favorites as the "SkyHawk" & "Puff the Dragon".

There were just too many designs submitted to show them all, but here in no particular order are some of the interesting designs that were submitted.

Inter Active Kites in conjunction with Windstar Kites invited kiters everywhere to participate in a competition which we hoped would interest, entertain, amuse, and most of all be fun to do.

The Standard versions of the Skydancer have not changed for the last several years. It is available in seven, three, and two colors with the same panel configuration.

Contest Rules:

Contestants were allowed to make up to five designs for your entries.

Entry to the competition was free.

The winner will receive a Skydancer kite made up to the design Submitted. Submitting Entries to the competition gives Inter Active Kites and their associates the right to make up their design as demo kites and the winner gives them the licence to make the winning design as part of Inter Active Kites production kites.

This is intended to be a fun competition we hope you enjoyed taking part!
